The point of no return
Whatever the sceptics may say, global warming is very real and it's affecting us all every minute of the day wherever we are on the world. Global scientists say we have reached the point of no return, there is no turning back!
Now the best we can do is move forward on a damage limitation basis and try to prevent things from worsening!
So it's a very, very serious scenario that lets no one off the hook regardless of colour or creed, rich or poor.
The greenhouse gas, carbon dioxide (CO2), is the main culprit. Everyone of us, to a greater or lesser degree, even Mother Nature, is responsible for its presence in our environment. But if we don't come top grips with CO2, we pave the way for untold problems for future generations.
Some experts even suggest we are already heading for Armageddon! Indeed, daunting prospects lie ahead unless we act now!
But each one of us has the ability to help slow down climate change by living and existing more efficiently and economically. A good place to start is at home making sure that it embraces all the ingredients of a well managed lifestyle that is efficient, positive, secure and as economical as possible.
Then, and only then, may future generations of mankind have just a chance to survive and enjoy the better things on our planet as we know them today.
